The National Thunder Motorcycle Rally offers a range of trade and stall sites providing an opportunity for businesses to improve brand awareness, generate sales on the day and post event and gain direct exposure to our passionate rally visitors.

Trading hours

Core trading hours will be from 11am to 5pm across three days, Friday 30 September to Sunday 2 October. There is an option for night time trade up to 11pm if applicable to your type of stall, e.g.food traders.

More information regarding night time trade hours will be provided when the final program becomes available.

Stall location

Stalls will operate in the Rally Hub which will feature staged entertainment until late, licensed bars, chill out areas and a Show and Shine. Trade and display sites will be in an open plan pavillion with a roof and concrete floor. Marquees and other structures can be installed inside the pavillion.

Power fee 

Each site includes 2 x 10amp outlets, fees for additional outlets:

  • 10amp outlet - $55.00 
  • 15 amp outlet - $88.00
  • 3 phase outlet - $121.00

Structure and furniture fees

  • Trestle table 1.8m - $18.00
  • Plastic chair - $3.00
  • Marquee 3m - $278.00
  • Fete Stall 2.4m - $198

Fete stall is 1.8m high with three timber benches.

All fees llisted include GST.

If you would like to operate a trade site at the National Thunder Motorcycle Rally please fill in your name, email and trader type below and select register. You will then access the Trade Registration online form.  Once your registration is received event organisers will contact you to discuss your requirements. Payment is not required upfront.
